by Andy Murphy, The Secure Dad
Father’s Day is coming up fast! The Secure Dad’s 2019 Father’s Day Gift Guide has what dads really want. The Secure Dad has items that dads will love to get this June 16th. I’ve derived this list from stuff I see dads using and talking about every day. I think this is the best Secure Dad Father's Day Gift Guide to date!
The Secure Dad Father's Day Gift Guide 2019

iPhone users may need to search Amazon app for "The Secure Dad".
3) Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker
Take the party anywhere with the Bose Soundlink Micro Bluetooth Speaker. Good for the backyard, family vacations and around the house. Listen to music or even your favorite podcast: The Secure Dad Podcast.
4) Seiko Men's Sport Solar Black Stainless Steel Watch with Beige Nylon Band
Enjoy the bold styling of the Seiko SNE331 Men's Solar Black Stainless Steel Watch. Seiko is known for quality and durability. Measure time with friends and family with this timepiece.
5) Field Notes Pitch Black Notebook
Take notes on the go with Field Notes Pitch Black Notebooks. This is a 2 pack of the LARGE 64-page notebooks. (Always double check the size.) I use Field Notes and the dad in your life should too.
6) Radius Garden Root Slayer Nomad
Destroy all the weeds with the Radius Garden Root Slayer Nomad. I mean the name alone will scare some weeds right out of your yard. Get the right tool for the job and keep your lawn looking good.
7) High Speed Daddy Tactical Family First Aid Kit
I love this pouch. I have two of them. They're great for first aid kits or as simple tactical pouches. Put one in your car, one in the house and attach one to your HSD Tactical Diaper Bag. Don't leave home without it.
8) 100 Deadly Skills: Survival Edition
Clint Emmerson has done a great job with making survival skills entertaining and easy to understand. I carry this book with me all the. You never know when one of these skills will save the day. I suggest getting the paperback edition.
9) Under Armour Men's Performance Polo 2.0
For a day on the links or a night on the town, the Under Armour Men's Performance Polo 2.0 won't disappoint.
10) ThermoFlask 24-Ounce Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottles
Recently I came across the ThermoFlask 24-Ounce Double Wall Waterbottle and they have been impressive. These can also be found at Costco for a bit cheaper, but if you need them in two days, then Amazon is the way to go. I use these all the time.
11) Ray-Ban RB2027 W1847 Black Sunglasses
The Ray-Ban brand speaks for itself. These are quality glasses with a great warranty. Spend a little more on the quality and it will pay off.
12) Anker PowerCore 10000
I've trusted Anker power banks for years. These are great to keep in the car, your commuter bag and in the house during a storm. This is one thing you'll wish you had when things get bad.
13) Recoil - Kindle Edition
This is the first magazine subscription I've ever suggested in the Father's Day Gift Guide. The Kindle Edition is a great buy as it costs less and it's delivered right to your Kindle when a new edition is released.
14) BEARD KING - The Official Beard Bib
This is a pretty cool concept and apparently it's survived in a shark tank or something. Keep your bathroom clean(er) with the Beard King.
15) Kershaw Barricade
I've been a fan of Kershaw knives for a long time. The Barricade recently got a good review from Recoil Magazine. (See what I did there.) With a blade, seatbelt cutter and glass breaker this might be the best survival tool you carry.
16) Garmin Instinct
The Garmin Instinct is a versatile tool. Get smart notifications, health stats, and GPS all in one watch. It's built to military standards for shock and water resistance.
17) Wise Owl Outfitters Hammock
Whether on the trail or in the back yard, let dad kick back in this Wise Owl Outfitters Hammock. With a 500-pound weight limit, dad and all the kids can spend a lazy afternoon in this durable hammock.
18) Bose SoundLink On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones
Upgrade dads headphones from the ones that came with his smartphone. These Bose SoundLink On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones will deliver better sound and will fit better. Dads need to jam too.
19) SOG Key Folding Knife
I've carried a SOG Key Folding Knife before and it's a great tool. I've also given them as gifts to the delight of my friends. Have dad throw this on his keychain so he'll always have a knife when he needs one.
20) Zebra F701 Stainless Steel Pen
This is hands down the best EDC pen I've ever owned. I really don't think there will be a pen under $50 that will be it's equal. Buy it and use it forever.
Have a great Father's day. I hope a gift from this guide will help you put a smile on the face of the Secure Dad in your life. Remember when you go shopping, do your best to hide your items in your car in the trunk or cargo area. This will help you avoid a potential break-in.
