Kit®/ConvertKit
We may also use a web analysis tool called Kit®, as made available by Kit, Inc. f/k/a ConvertKit, Inc. (“Kit”). Kit may collect some or all of the following information by and through the Kit® tracking technology: (a) data about users who visit the Website; (b) demographic information of users who visit the Website; (c) actions taken on the Website (clicks, downloads, form submissions, registrations, etc.); (d) actions taken with respect to email messages sent to Company’s database; and (e) click-through rates from the emails sent to the Company Database (collectively, “Kit Data”).
