Episode 002: How Your Phone Can Get You Hurt
Today’s show is about how you need to keep yourself and your family safe in public. When you’re out are you looking around, or is your face buried in your phone? We don’t want to be easy targets for a criminal.
The Theory of Criminal Selection is something I created with my limited understanding of criminology and victimology. I don’t have a degree in this area. There may be a wider accepted theory and trem.
The Theory of Criminal Selection: When a bad actor analyzes a potential target for the perfect intersection of profit gained (kidnapping, robbery, rape, etc.) is less than the amount of risk (being caught, injury) involved to purportarte the act.
So don’t be an easy (soft) target for a bad guy. I share some simple ways you can make yourself a hard target.
